During the class, you will explore the bereavement process and ways of coping. The process will include discussion of material, pamphlet, guest speakers, and most importantly, weekly support and fellowship of group members. Pastor Mike will help guide you in the process. You will proceed at your own pace, and as you are ready, participate in the group.
Class is every Monday from 1:00pm to 3:00pm for eight (8) weeks starting on Monday, February 6th, 2023.
SilverSneakers EnerChi combines easy to learn tai chi forms and qigong exercises to improve well-being through mindful movement. Attention is given to transferring weight smoothly, maintaining postural control and focused breathing techniques. It builds muscular endurance without strain on your joints.
All SilverSneakers classes are included with Fitness Center membership.

Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and exercise balls are offered, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
