SilverSneakers EnerChi combines easy to learn tai chi forms and qigong exercises to improve well-being through mindful movement. Attention is given to transferring weight smoothly, maintaining postural control and focused breathing techniques. It builds muscular endurance without strain on your joints.
All SilverSneakers classes are included with Fitness Center membership.
In-Class session being offered at 10:00 a.m on Tuesdays and Fridays
Have fun and move with the music as you are led through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of motion, and activities of daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and exercise balls are offered, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
