The Perennial Park Bell Choir is an all-volunteer group that meets most Mondays at 5:00 p.m.*
Please call the Center if you are interested in becoming a member or would like more information. The ability to read music is helpful but not necessary.
(*The group typically takes a break during the summer months.)
Have fun and move with the music as you are led through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of motion, and activities of daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and exercise balls are offered, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
All SilverSneakers classes are included with Fitness Center membership.

Join us for Ballroom Dancing on Tuesdays with Louise Fredrick. Two options are available whether you are wanting to learn or simply practice.
-Beginners from 5:30pm to 6:30pm
-Novice Dancers will dance from 6:30pm to 7:30pm.

Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance, and range of motion. Restorative breathing exercises and a final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.
