Have fun and move with the music as you are led through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of motion, and activities of daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and exercise balls are offered, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
All SilverSneakers classes are included with Fitness Center membership. Non-members may purchase a 10- or 20-visit punchcard.

Move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance, and range of motion. Restorative breathing exercises and a final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.

If you enjoy knitting and other kinds of needlework, stop by Perennial Park on Wednesdays at 1:00 p.m. This informal group meets to do personal knitting and needlework projects and to enjoy time socializing together. This is a weekly "drop-in" group open to anyone who is interested. Bring your own supplies.
