Diabetes PATH: "Session Zero"

Diabetes PATH logoThis is a 45-minute information session designed to introduce participants to what the 6-week Diabetes PATH workshop has to offer. Come learn about the Diabetes PATH workshop and then decide if you want to continue with the entire program.

Diabetes PATH (Personal Action Toward Health) is a 6-week workshop designed to help people living with Diabetes improve their health and feel better. Participants will develop skills for managing their health and learn how to face the challenges of living with a chronic health condition, while still enjoying a healthy and meaningful lifestyle. You choose your own goals!
