Top Work Place 2020

Hillsdale County Senior Services Center has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2020 honor by The Detroit Free Press. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 drivers of engaged cultures that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.

“We are very ecstatic to have been selected as one of Detroit Free Press’s Top Workplaces in Michigan. It’s great news in these uncertain times.” Stated by Executive Director, Terry Vear.  Being named a Top Workplace is a big deal — only 150 companies made this year’s list. We are honored, especially because the judges were our employees!
